During Thursday prompt sessions, we use three upcoming writing contests as the focus of each prompt so writers can get a jump on getting published.

The goal of prompts is to move writers from their comfort zone and try a new genre, voice, or character. We complete exercises during the meeting, and have time for sharing/discussion. Just bring something to write with and your imagination.
