JCW ONLINE: The Full Story Crash Course in Character Development
April 17 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm UTC-4
Characters are the flesh and bones of your story. Once you have your first spark of inspiration, your story idea, the next step is developing characters that your readers will care about–whether it’s because they’re lovable, hateable, or just relatable.
What exactly does it mean for a character to be developed? Is a character arc the same as a story arc? What’s the difference between main, side, and background characters, and what’s an archetype?
We’ll answer these questions and more in our crash course on character development.
